Someones getting my luck, aint found a single bolt on my 2.8 since I bought it that simply comes out. Lucky me I conned a battery grinder form work :D :D All the fun of a regular grinder without wires.

The only thing I have failed to get undone on 3 different LWB Fronties is the rear seat bolts that go through the floor, not exactly a grinder moment but managed to snap all of them as they were siezed solid :shock: :shock:
Soon to be without a Frontera after 10 years of owning one :-(

hi mate looks nice! a little off topic but i have the same cb arial as you and want to mount it in the same place as yours but thought it would sway about too much! i have a bull bar clamp do you think it is fine where you have yours?

Eyup Pidge
Mine is mounted on the bumper but behind the bullbar which protects it.It seems pretty secure.

I have got used to seeing mine in front of me and it helps me guage height as well!

the twig is too short is there any sort of cable i need or could i just use high grade coax?

i'm an alarm engineer and we do cctv as well i have loads of rg45
lying around i just didn't know if that was ok to use? would save
a bit if it is though! :dance:
