Not quite today, but last Thursday...

Finally did the last few VAC pipes on the car, including the one behind the head with use of 10" Curved Forceps! Also, the two on the front axle that I missed last time!

Drives much smoother now, actually has some guts below 2,000 RPM!

Keeping it under 3,000 a few weeks ago in the Lake District wasn't fun I can tell you! (Kept getting limp mode after 3,000)

Go-Kart.

Up on axle stands, rear wheels off and the two rear spring/shocks off. Both springs have broken in three places, might have something to with it failing the MOT!

I have new springs but the spring compressor's just not up to the job so I'm off to the shops for another one tomorrow.

Memo to self... Must slow down for those speed bump thingies and steer round the potholes when driving said go-kart, come to that must slow down in the thing full stop OiC Home Front does NOT like her MX5 being driven like it was designed to be or like a fronty either

Well not quite me but Andytats welded my drivers seat for me, as I know nothing !! but when I got home I replaced the indicator lens on front wings with nice flush gun smoked ones and they look the dogs danglies happy days.

Seals on the power stearing pump decided to retire on the way back from camping at Western super Mare.

Power steering pump fixed itself on the drive back from Northampton. Good thing too as I was towing about 2 ton of caravan and goods.

Frontera:
Ripped the rear drivers door card off to get to the mechanism. Mech was rusted up and wouldn't move. Anyways after a bit of hammering and liberal WD40 and spray grease, it finally moved. Net result is I took it apart, cleaned it up and works a treat. Happy days.

Windscreen and centre section of the exhaust to go and she is ready for an MOT.

Powerwashed it and the passo indicator lense flew off put it back on with a lick of clear sealant..

Destroyed two bolts. Have to sort this out on Friday...

Just put £80 of fuel and a bottle of injector cleaner in the tank

Fitted my steel belly pans I got off bernie no more penny washers to hold the crappy plastic ones on. Cheers bern
