i took the merc fording,
as well jumped it over a speed bump :oops:

well who puts a speed bump on a 60mph road

Through a bucket of water with some Daz washing powder into the the sport. Hoovered it all out - But I didn't crack a window so it's a bit smelly :lolno:

Last night I removed the rotten side steps from my sport and removed the towbar.

Tonight after this happened to my mates one being towed out of the muddy stuff

We made this

So hopefully it should last a bit longer next time lol

I just bought some alternator bushes....now this is a new one for me, messing with lectristy outchy sparky stuff :lol:

If this works I will be refurbing like a demon :lol:

Threw a hammer at it, as I couldnt get the tail-lights working!

Brillant bumper

Drove it home after the transplant of engines....

changed the engine oil and filter
changed rear diff oil and unblocked the breather
took rear shackles off and rounded the corners off
now time for :drink:

Had the 2.5 in the garage and fitted the springs i got off Mark(MG Autos) so its now a +2" in the sus department :thumbup:

, also fitted a pair of Monroe Adventure shocks on the front, fitted the bonnet gaurd i got off Colley, thatnks pal :wink:

and Scott for bringing it up for me :thumbup:

, removed all mud flaps and the spare wheel carrier is off the back now :dance:

. But by for the best thing i did was starting it up

, ive spoken to the guy that had it before and he has been running it on waste oil from takeaways that he has been filtering and sorting out before filling the truck with it, anyway hes guna do me a write up on how to go about it but the thing is, its smells like bacon and egg cooking whilst its warming up :mrgreen:

I filled mine with fuel and doubled its value lol :thumbup:

I drove mine 50 miles today and must have knocked 10% from its value and confirmed a screwed alternator :roll:

Bought another 2.8lwb today...and drove it 160 miles back from the midlands on less than £30 of derv...they are so much more economical when they aint been gregstered. :lol:

I fitted 100w headlight bulbs and I fitted 100w bulbs into my spotlights yesterday,just got 100w bulbs to fir into my driving/front fog lights.
