Pulled radiator and inter-cooler in an attempt to get to the water pump and cam belt. The coolant was horribly dirty, so I gave the radiator a cleaning. Had a cold one, then attempted to get the harmonic balancer off. Then the sun decided it was time to hide and my work light blew a bulb :roll:

so I decided to have another cold one and call in a night. :drink:

Wonder wot it would look like all ripped n scratched after a days laning tho :shock:

well today i have done nothing to mine yet
but i have been thinking about selling it :shock:

but i dont know how much i would get

done anything to mine ? :shock:

Further wiring for the roof lights, half an hours work should see the job done.

Got back from holiday. All the way back from next to Silverstone with a tin tent on the back in 3 hours.

I got the timing belt and water pump changed with many thanks to RatCav for the very informative guide. I tried to use the Haynes Book of Epic Lies, but it just proved its usefullness yet again. Took the beasty for a quick spin and discovered that in my excitement to start her up I forgot to tighten one of the clips on a boost hose. After cleaning out my seat, i re-attached the hose and tightened it down and now she's all healthy and happy and breathing again.

No probs buddy. Its what we are here for.

As for me I replaced all those little plastic clip things that snap over the years and fail to hold the radiator grill on. Got a few off Eblag. Not 100% but after a bit of fettling they proved to do just the job.

today i drove foggys fronty home
and on the way i picked up the bearingator

then once i got home, i wiped my wheel off (was just placed on mine with nothing under it) then bolted the bearingator on, then pop
out came my half sharft
now tomorrow i just need to cut the old bearing off and ram the new one on

Tempted to make a tshirt.. "fudge... forever ramming"

Just sat in mine enjoying a couple of tunes after sorting some internal wiring out I'd messed up, which kept blowing the fuse for the internal lights, clock & keeping the radio working. With a new additional fuse box installed a few weeks back, that'll get another fuse in for my rear work light soon (once I've decided where it's going!)

Need to work out a date for a spanner party too - keep your eyes peeled! :shock:

Had a walk round an looked at the rusted body work , time i got the grinder and welder out before winter

Took it for its MOT :oops:

I did abit of welding on the inner front wing of the Landy. The metal I used was again part of Christine's roof :lol:

This Landy is getting more and more like a frontera each day I work on it :lol:

Went to start mine and found the battery was flat, typical
Put it on charge all day and still flat as a pancake after 6 hours of charging, trip to halfrauds tomorrow looks on the cards
