today i had loads of fun
i found out that my rear passenger wheel bearing is shot :evil:

so spent most of the morning trying to get it out
buggered a brake line when i undid that (same one 3 times now)
and i am now in need of the bearingator as well i did order a new bearing today

so i will be having fun on thursday to try and get to my works digs in chepstow wales from lowestoft :roll:

If you get real stuck Fudge I think i have just bought another 2.8 shorty thats got some mot left on it, that you can borrow for a week or so...I will find out tomorrow whats happening and when I can get it.
NO ODD WHEELS OR MILITARY GRADE STICK ON STUFF IS TO GO ON IT THOUGH!!! :twisted:

Not jt today, but in the last wek,

Met Boxclever and got a new rear wioer Control unit, and a replacement for my bit of broken trim. (Tues)

On Sat got round to fitting them, got the wiper working, fitted the trim, took off the hID upgrade and Fan cut out switch all ready for the MOT.
Just need to do the CV gaitor and should be ready for the dreaded MOT.

Swapped my interior light bulbs for a couple of LED versions. 16 LED's per bulb. Two lights. 32 LED's total. My god its bright in there with them switched on! Just need to find a lens cover for the rear light now.

no leaks after changing the thermostat & housing cap so refilled the cooling system with anti freeze

Acquired a 4.3l chevy v6 for the yella fronterror....its basically a 350cu in chevy v8 with a cylinder or 2 lopped off the end...its out of a played with chevy s10 truck, about 200bhp and bundles of torque and not too much nasty electronics as runs a 4 barrel carb up top.

I desided I should get some pics of the thing...so here it is stretching her springs

I sorted the the leaking dodgy wrong pipe under the intercooler . Unfortunatly the 2.8 was not in the scrappy any more just the 2.6 mk1 troopers so i took the pipes off a 3.1 . This has cured the oil leak the engine sounds better and seem to run better, had a wee leak from the between the turbo and the intercooler turns out the bolts need a wee nip up.

Cured the problem of the always on seat belt light, took the bulb out. Works for me.

Fitted 2 new stickers on my Fronty.

Drove it all the way to work and all the way home and IT DIDNT BRAKE!!! :dance:

today i removed some crap from mine and put it in fogmans fronty
then, i got him to have a 3 odd size tyres on it :mrgreen:

then i borrowed it to come to wales with since mine isnt in any safe state to be used

so a big thanks go to foggy for getting me to work on time.
