well after poking the lense on my indicator and it falling off i follewed andys idea stripped them down and put orange bulbs in them.

Got home from work, cleaned rear diff breather, it was blocked and put some stop leak in the rear diff as a small leak, not yet a drip was developing at the rear pinion seal, so hopefully the stop leak and cleaned breather will cure that.
Moved stone guard plate off new front discs

Managed to wire up second pair of spots on nudge bar be for the heavens opened up

Took mud tyres off and put AT's on as driving to norfolk friday, put a lower mounted towbar on as I am going to be bringing back a trailer and motorbike. Tried to tighten the steering a little but have over done it abit due to a seized adjuster screw so will have to sort it tomorrow.

Got fed up of trying to find Speedo Unit so decided to take mine to pieces.
Could see any damage so gave it a clean and re-fitted it.
Followed the process from the Posting on here on how to do it.

Just got to get the things started now so i can see if clocks work.

Finally fixed the niggley little problem with the radio and blowing fuses. Discovered that the previous owner had cut the vauxhall plug/pin off, wired the continuos live and ignition live round the wrong way, just "twist connected" the wires back together and failed to insulate properly. so out came the bullet/socket insulated connectors, splicing tape and the insulation tape.

so far no blown fuse and the clock tells the right time even better I don't have to re-tune the radio every time i start the car.

Some one had done that to my old sport but not put a fuse in, had a knock on the door one day, " hey mate is that your car full of smoke" :shock:

got to it as the wires where melting and a tiny flame I was very very lucky.
Called the previous owner a few words I can tell you :evil:

sat in the window and staired at her for about an hour, and then made a list of things to do, i stoped after the third page

Read fault codes,fiddle a bit,whiz round the block,read fault codes,fiddle a bit,whiz round the block,read fault codes,fiddle a bit,whiz round the block,read fault codes,fiddle a bit,whiz round the block,..............................Cleared 2 MAF related,next will be the tricky critical malfunction code :hang:

had a look at the radio today , as there as been a lot of interferance. also after a few minutes the radio would keep searching for the station that was already programmed in .was told it was the rds button on .it wasn,t . still theres always tomorrow :roll:

Removed the bullbar and front bumper to try something out, weave knows what and yes weave it will work with some modding.

Cleaned all the oil and mud from under the bash plates, painted and refitted

the toffee hammer was to removed the butter bolt from the bumper mount and to refinish the bash plate after Bala

Cleaned out the inside :shock:

its only me that gets in it :oops:
