WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!

I put my manual hubs back on.

replaced the tail pipe & number plate on Bob it's great having spare parts at home :lol:

sunday i put a few new dents in down the woods
and today i sorted my hand brake, number plate bulb and brake line clip
so hubs tomorrow

off and i got a fronty full of smoke as well :thumbdown:

had an ele short and burnt some of the wireing out :oops:

so i was stripping all that out and have now found the problems and tomorrow will be putting my dash all back together and wheel beerings

i have to say having the car full up with smoke is quite scarry :evil:

took a trundle over to robs as it was a nice day and bumped into andyclemo

I washed mine and stupidly removed all the scratches and nics so it's a good looking truck

See how long that lasts.

Purchased a new steering idler from milners. Will fit it at the weekend.

Called in at Robs while in Matlock for a cuppa :thumbup:

did you work out what that other error code was and did the eml come back on yet after i cleared it

Not worked out what the code is yet but yea it came on 300 yards down the road :evil:

Just bought a spare gearbox for mine for £25 ... don't need it but for that money I couldn't say no really.

Eblag is a friend sometimes ... will be picking it up later this week. Might even have the transfer box attached as well ... they usually do

helped fudge check & grease both his trucks front wheel bearings then this afternoon we changed my trucks cam belt. even had time to do a couple of local lanes & git muddy

Painted up and re-fitted spare wheel carrier on the new one, added a nice red FOG sticker to the rear glass and tried the leafers wheels on it ready for strata and the look the doggies dangglies, nice n wide!! :thumbup:

Won the auction at 10:30 this morning ... picked it up after work. One Mk.I Trooper 2.8 gearbox c/w transfer case. Gave it a bit of a go with a wire brush and it started to come up nice. £25 well spent me thinks:
