well my frontera is getting a bit of a pain , seems to be 1 thing after anohter so im thinking its time to wave her goodbye

what kind of money should i ask for the engine , its 2.2 16v ecotech , it was a gen vauxhall replacement 52k ago( i have installers stamped book for replacemnet ) !!!!! the rest of the motor has done 140k !!!!

what other bits you selling an what size are the tyres

lol were do i start .... ok here we go , the past 9 weeks ! starter motor , alternator , radiator , front wheel bearing , window screen and now needing pads and disc's on the back ! and then it will be sumit als and sumit els and sumit els lol

Lets be honest, not much has really gone wrong as they are all serviceable items that do wear out except for the screen but that is just one of those things

Its worth fixing it.With all the mods you have listen,it sound like a nice truck.Spend some money on it,because if you buy another motor that will probably need some money spending on it aswell

Any car over 110k you can expect to change all the things you have listed and get another 60 to 100k after them if its not off roaded (expect things to last a vast amount less if off roaded) so yor only other beef is regular oil and filter changes to keep the main engine sweet, remember everything you have mentioned are auxiliary to the engine.

a good engine can go for £500 to £600

With that mileage on a 2.2 I reckon £250 tops to be realistic as you can get a full recon unit for £600.

Yes with no history, I wouldst personally touch a 2.2 for that money without knowing it, I would pay a cheaper price as a gamble but not silly money.

this has a £1700 reciept from vauxhall plus all my oil and filter reciepts ................... still got 8k's worth of warrenty on her lol , so bucket loads of history
would you £450 would be a realistic price to ask if it comes out ?
