How many miles a week do you drive yours ?

Just wondering how many miles you drive your fronty a week and how many ,miles they,ve clocked up off roading ?

I've had my current swb a year and a half and have covered 14k. Couldn't say how many off road miles, but alot, seeing as the truck gets driven off road most days, work, dog walking etc.

About 35 miles a week for work and I try to get out laning at least once a month if lucky twice a month, usually only get 5 or 6 thousand a year on it.
We use her car for family and social stuff and that does about 14k a year as she does a 50 mile round trip a day for work.

Just clocked 2000 miles since last MOT (End of Feb 09).

Only use "The Beast" at weekends, mainly to and from the stables and to horse shows.

Mind you, with all the modifications, the MPG is down to about 18-20 mpg around town !!!

So my Hyundai Coupe is the prefered choice of transport for the rest of the week, just clocking 32-35 mpg around town.

About 25 miles per week unless I'm going off roading or laning, then that adds another 100-150.
Average across the year is about 60miles per week as I use the company car, or BadGirls StreetKa for most stuff to keep fuel costs down.
A full tank of petrol normally lasts me 2-3 months

Used to do about 14,000 a year in my 2.8 then 6 months ago bought a 306 diesel as a runaround

Roughly 16- 20,000 a year,mostly food related :wink:

Went for an Italian meal 2,500
Went for Haggis 2,000
Went for Norfolk goose 800

Got to stop eating out,this is getting a bit expensive :lol:

Between 5000 and 12000. Cant pin it down really as I dont have a weekly routine as such but going for a pint of milk is a 12 mile round trip for me.
The first 2 years I had the car I was doing a lot of driving from Dublin to London and back again and was nearer 20,000 a year.

Laning, at least 12 trips a year. Getting to start of lanes and getting home again probably averages 100/150 miles. Sometimes more, sometimes less depending on location.

At the moment, my round trip to work totals 12 miles for the week (6 miles each way, in on monday, home on friday / saturday :lol:

) and probably that again for general pottering at the weekend.
Tis only going laning or playing that really puts the miles on, as evidenced by the fact that I last filled up just before the picnic at Greg's 6 weeks ago, and will probably have to do so again before the next on this Sunday.

I do about 75 miles a week or more if i can when it comes out to play.
I only got it to play with on the weekend and to tinker with,and its some think different to.i have jimmy CO2 convertible which the wife drives and a company car which is a focus DTI estate they do most of the work especially the focus :wink:

I do 22 miles a day to work and back so thats...hang on...5 times 22 equals...100 then 10 ...110 miles per week :oops:

maths is terrible and its late.I also do a bit of running around for fetching steel or other supplies or going to see customers etc and that can vary.Had a treat this week as I went to the breakers in High halden in kent and picked up the steering idlers and centre tie rod he got of a fronty for me.I spent half an hour browsing his frontera collection ,2 green 1 red lwbs(all petrol)and 5 swbs all in various stages of dismantling.At weekends it dosent do much except maybe 10 miles to boys football on Sat and church sometimes on Sun. No offroading as yet but am beginning to find the green lanes round here.
Got it 3 yrs ago at 80,000 and its now 120,000 ish.

Mine is mostly short trips other than laning meets so Im a bit more anal with oil and filter changes than most.

I do give it some revs once warm to give it a good blow out.

i taxed my frontera at beginning of november and ive done just over 2000miles,but it used everyday for everything

my mk2 xr2,,only does track days ,shows etc has done 3500 miles in 2years,,

and my 04 plate fiesta which is the family car ,ive done 64,000miles in 2years of ownership,,i get my monies worth out of tax but its a scary amount of petrol when i add it up,but in that time ive only had to change shocks,brake pads that it

Mine does 200 mile a week to and from work, weekend it's as necessary, then there's the laning couple of times a month when the lanes are open and the occasional P and P site with our local club, in all about 12,000 a year.
