I don't think it would make any differance what you were driving once the sea and sand start swallowing your tyres.

It used to have a bull bar on it (it's half off now) and there is a big logo behind the drivers door (I can't make it out properly but it looks familiar)

Not surprised the other vehicle could n't winch it, when you attach it to the top of the bullbar, no wonder it appears bent forwards.

A lesson in beach driving for everyone unfortunately.

A couple of years ago I had to pull the Beach Wardens 90 out of the sand at Ainsdale :lol:

May be if we blur the picture a bit, we could say we have got the first official picture of the lochness monster!

got mine stuck on beach last year luckley the guy with me was a farmer and the tractor came to the rescue

to Perfectprincess: - did i see you say that you are allowed onto the beaches in Hunny during the winter? if so, which ones? The cliffs would make great photo ops and the dunes

well i have to confess i was in one of the for mentioned truck's!! not mine thank god, but my brothers, and his mate, i got very wet trying to put the winch on the grren one, (but it was coast gurads that bent the bull bar as try tried to tow in off the top) i hooked onto towing eye under neath but lwb got bogged down as well and had to abort ship (or truck as the case may be)!!! As we found out it is actually illegal to drive on hemsby beach (luckliy we were stuck at scratby) but you are allowed down as far as scratby from yarmouth, and yes there are loads of photo stops along the way in the dunes and on the old war bunkers sunk in the beach, but only during winter months!!
