Tasty? it looks about as tasty as a ten week old bucket of Kentcky Fried Rat err Chicken... Nice(ish) idea but not really my cup of tea tbh. It would be better if it was a lwb IMHO.
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been
Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered
)

Owning a 2.8 is a hobby in it's self...

Ive not read any of it really. I cant tell from the pics but YES i feel better now

The way he has done the cab does look really smart but the rest looks a bit half arsed. When i get a workshop i will be looking into a live front axle but would be on coils and no taller than it is now
The gearing must be so tall it must have push bikes leaving it off the lights

Wonder if the fella as still got it - posts back from 2009
Whilst on the subject of mega lifted trucks, fella I know that owns this Hilux is now having issues with VOSA because of the width of the truck due to running with these maousive tyres. Not sure if it's the overall width or the fact that the guards don't fully overhang the tyres. Real shame it's off the road at the moment due to VOSA, it's the nuts with the V12 something in it.
