winch rating

ill hopefully be buying a winch at some point and was just wondering how many lbs it should be rated at ?

as many as possible

i use 8000lb rated ramsey and they are fine..

but if your going with a cheep one. get a 12-13000lb one.

As fudge say's the biggest you can afford. 12000/13000 is what i would get if it was me!
