yes they are giving them away they have hundreds of thousands of propertys the banks own them and the goverment has told them to get rid so there giving them away...but i wouldnt buy one once your in there system its very hard to get out...tell your bro to look into it very carefully......lots of taxes to pay....be carefull..... :thumbdown:
