Dan i did that a long time ago when i was in peak shape and it totally killed me then now i dont mind the odd week survival course but i think thats my limit as knees , back and shoulder injuries have done for me just old now but enjoy mate i did

It came about because Iv been training to do lands end - John ogroats on my bike but due to work and family commitments I can't do that until next year ! Hence this stupid venture lol

I'm all for healthy exercise but that'd have me in a pine box by the halfway point. That's why when I tried to join the forces, I went for Navy, weapons engineering so I could play with the fun electronics rather than run in the mud all the time.
