Uhhh, that's just their index page bud, an idea of which story to look at would be helpful..
I will say though, take anything from their pages with a pinch of salt. There's no such thing as an unbiased or impartial newspaper, they are after all in business to make money, and aren't known as the Daily Wail for nothing.
Insurance companies will charge whatever they can get away with, but I'd suspect a large proportion of the costs is to deal with losses from uninsured drivers and legal fees & payouts from both rigged 'accidents' and the no-win no-fee claim for anything brigade.
