Renault megane p reg steering rack

Hi i have been asked to change the steering rack on a Renault Megane Scenic. Is the job worth taking on as if its to much meither id rather a garage do it. I have changed gearboxes n stuff on fronty's, but dont want to start something thats a tw@t to do. Any help much appeciated.
