fuel cutoff on the isuzu is a pig to get at,you need to get under the car and remove the alloy casing under the fuel pump,the fuel pump edu is bolted to this casing,then you need to remove the sponge sound proofing thats around the pump,fuel cutoff can then be seen under the pump,also google the fuel pump edu because these are very common fault with astras,there is a company on ebay that recons these edu's,best bet would be to get the codes read,that will tell you if the fuel pump edu is at fault,another common fault with the isuzu engine is the main ecu that bolts on top of the engine,the pins on the ecu where the harness plugs into corrode and snap.
