I need something like a L200 for the stables as the Sport just is'nt powerful or big enough.

Looking at a 52 to 54 plate for between 2500 - 4000 pounds.

And as for a 2.2 !!!!! would even lower myself to drive one to the scrap yard !!! Worst engine Vauxhall ever made.

I was even contemplating buying a LWB 2.8 and pick up'ing it. Keep the front and rear seats and chopping the roof off in the boot section.

Yeah, I do like to chop Frontera's up.

Who knows, im just weighing up may options at the moment.

3-4 grand on a L200 or maybe 700-900 pounds for a 2.8, 500 pounds to chop and mod, still in pocket ..... emmmm. :mrgreen:

Could save yourself the money and the hassle and buy a TFS55 isuzu or the chevy version like mine....
Cheap as chips, chain driven 2.8td, G80 in most, tougher front diff, and a truckman top will fit straight on, normally come with a bedliner, drop down tailgate sooner than the 2.8 swingaway... :wink:

Dont get me wrong...love doing a plasma chop project myself...but spending more dosh to reinvent the wheel as such doesnt make sense to me sometimes...
