Ok i need coms,,but dont want to install a full CB kit only need a range of about 1-2k max all i need is to talk to tail end charlie when we are on the lanes i dont use a CB at any other times...looked at these,, rechargeable batts quite a good spec...

I got the midland, coupled with the handsfree and a mag mount, ciggie lighter adapter they ae very good. Handy with battery for talking to a driver as you talk em down something, better than hand signals.
Fronty no.4, pimp mobile Treg 3.2 LWB lifted 2.5"

Always quite liked the look of these. Various power options plus you can take the aerial off and plug an external one in like a magmount or similar...

We have got a maycom like that to use up the woods...its a good bit of kit and is right handy at times... 8) 8) 8)
