swb bits fit lwb;s

Its the same procedure as fitting a 2.8 as they are essentially the same block just bigger bore and modded head.
The 3.1 has a tad more torque lower down but is a bit more thirstier than the 2.8.

you are right greg its a 2.0 .really sorry chaps if I got you all going i am not to be trusted .I went to have a look again today and there is a bit of paint over the numbers but i should of checked the first time.
Does anyone think its worth getting for spares or is it so different that I'd be better saving for proper bits for the lwbs? I have been in contact with a chap who has a bonnet and wing the right colour for the 2.3. I also have very little time to strip and put parts on ebay. What do you think?
