No Honda have just bought them off Isuzu, just like VX. The V6 is an isuzu powerplant anyway.

Its like when VX first made the Frontera under licence from Isuzu as it was based on the MU and Wizard in Japan.
Same has happened in the US with that but the same engine where used under licence :wink:

They did the same with the Trooper, that wore several manufacturer's badges including Honda, being the Passport.
