Hi,
Didn't know what else to do!
Tried logging in with my username "Paul A" and it failed several times (I think it might have had caps lock on when I put the password in).
Anyway, it now says I have exceeded the maximum logon attempts and requires me to enter a code.
Problem is ....... there isn't a code........ just a red "X" !!!!!
I've tried changing all my security settings but just......... a red "x".
So I've registered my son on this username just so I can see if someone can sort the problem out

The red X might be a picture place holder of the wibbly wobbly writing that you have to type in (it stops spam attacks as they can't read wibbly wobbly)

Try right clicking on the image and selct "show picture"

It might not work, but is worth a try.

Yeah, tried the "display picture" thingy on the red X (Yes it is where the "wibbly wobbly" writing should be).
Doesn't work!
Even tried another p.c..........

i had the same problem last weekend spoke to jay and he sorted it over night.
my wobbely writting didnt apear either.
