One of my neighbours (British ) has gone and bought a Land Rover. It has a 5 cyl BMW engine and doesn't like starting.
Question...Which of the myriad LR forums is the best, and most likely to offer tech assistance as good as here?

rumour has it that engine was designed specifacally to keep mechanics in a job (that comes from a LR franchise)

Looks like a real Landrover and tows better than a Citroen c15 but wouldn't start the other day so off to LR Garage and 3 new glow plugs ( 3 ? ) a few days later it won't start. Still turns over great but won't catch. Back to Garage fuel leak new pressure regulator seals cracked on old one. Few days later, Won't start. :idea:

Lifts up front seats wiggles all the fuses. It starts. For the moment.
400 euros pouff gone.
And he still has two old glowplugs in it which will go soon as they always do when you try to save a bit.
Back to topic. Which forum should I suggest?
He got broadband at christmas and then found his computer was so old it didn't have USB or network sockets on the back so got a wifi laptop from fleabay.
