Ouch.....but at least its good and ready for another years motoring... 
As much as £400 odd quid is lot of dosh in anyones book....
you could look at it as only being a month or so's depreciation on a brand new 4x4, and your fronty is worth probably double the money with that £430 spent on it...
And think of it from a environmental point of view....you have invested your money in keeping a machine going, so it is not reprocessed and then remanufacturered into an "eco-bucket" car at a massive cost to the world we live in....
So really you have spent £430 on a properly worthwhile green project, which has doubled the value of your car, and will last a year (and the rad will last longer still) but all for less than you would have lost in a average month on a new 4x4...
