ball joints

I went to buy 2 lower ball joints for my 2.8 lwb (1995) From the local motor factors. The bloke asked me if they were 19mm or 21mm. Not having the time to arse around (etc etc). Could anyone shed some light on this. As to what size joints fit what models.

I never know there where different sized for the A series just different hole pattens, you need the three hole like these.

Thanks drift for the quick reply but it is the lower ball joints im after info on. They are the upper ball joints as i changed those a couple of weeks ago. cheers

Thanks A friend i think its the referance to the bore of the shaft on the ball joint. Never had this before but he did show me the parts book so there must be 2 sizes. Maybe try somewhere else.

ignore my post, mis read didnt notice you meant lower joints those are upper joints

Strange that lower joint appears to be common & consistent through A & B series

Just a look on ebay no size mentioned some say they fit all models others say dont fit certain models ???

The only thing I can think of with the 19 / 21mm variable may be the nut size
