went in for my driving theory test yesterday and...

I PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!

after 2 years of the missus going on at me to go in for it and me making all types of excuses over not taking it i passed first time.

i was dreading the hazard perception test as i have the cd and after over a few hundred times of doing mock exams i only ever passed it once.

the results where stated as

i needed 43 correct answers out of 50 for the multiple choice and i got 49 correct.

and

i needed 44 points out of 75 for the hazard perception and i got 52 points.

so yer feeling pretty good today and just need to get the cash and take some lessons by a proper instructor and then go in for my test, im hoping to have it all done and passed by june which is when the new baby is due.

hi again everyone

been really busy with the new workshop etc but thought i would update everyone on this and the good news is

i passed my driving test last wednesday and passed it with only 2 minors for hesitation

so now im fully insured and on the road all on my own at last lol

Well done, I've a daughter going through the same thing, shame insurance is so dear, as she is itching to get her hands on the Fronty, and it's just sat there!

im now using the frontera full time now and got another car as the family car now

going to be on the hunt for info on body and suspension lift kits and turning the frontera into a tow recovery vehicle with all the winch's and accsesories that il need

any info on doing this will help as the topics iv found all say diff things and i dont know what to go with and what not to

You will find most of the things you want to do are personal choice or ristricted by the cost. Your in the right place to get sorted anyway mate.
