Service Full overhaul 2008/9 – Over £2000 in receipts including: head gasket, radiator, thermostat, ball joints, heater matrix, all brakes, brake pipes, performance air filter fitted, all fluids replaced in gearbox, transfer box and diffs, new idle control valve and MAF, temp sensors, engine fully serviced and all filters including fuel filter changed, water pump, distributor cap and rotor arm, spark plugs and leads, Slick 50 treated plus Molyslip plus Lucas Oil Stabiliser. Fuel tank re-plumbed and overhauled. This list could go on for some time, but I have a chronological file showing every expenditure in sequence, along with a period showroom brochure and a magazine road test from the period.

Exhaust Custom made High Performance system with catalytic convertor removed (and it passed MOT just fine without it, don’t worry!)

Misc Wired for Amp and Sub, Kenwood components in front, Sony 6x9s in rear, CD Player, Laserline Immobiliser with spare fob, custom fuel flap lock with spare key, Professional A&R Privacy Window Tinting, new Ring Spotlights and fogs, triple air horns. Custom made solid Alloy badges front and rear. Superb condition overall.

This was my 2nd Frontera and has been a real joy to own for the last 18 months.
I only sell this car with some reluctance to make space for my next 4x4 – the Frontera’s big brother, the Isuzu Trooper.

(They share a large part of their mechanical design, and I have complete faith in that design)
