just got a m reg 2.3 last month taxed it today it's siting to low i got rear lift shackles i have old peper pot with 31 10 50 15s on just would like to no how to lift front end my old frontera had it all done but got smashed up can any one help also where best place to recover on front end

To lift the front end, simply wind the torsion bars up. Dont go more then 1"3/4 as it will affect yr camber.

I wouldnt go much more than 7 full turns (roughly 1/4inch of lift per turn) other wise looking at your vehicle from the front, the wheels could look like this ---

Ive got my front recovery points here, though I feel a plate welded behind would beef the mount up a bit.
