who puts there cb on when there out and about

As my cars the main run about i usally have the cb on mainly channels 8 or 19 just wondering who else does that. only really ever caught alex on the cb when hes spotted me.

I never bother unless on the way to a meet.

Me either, not likely to meet a Fogger out and about in Burntwood.

Hardly ever, not many foggers in this neck of the woods.

I often have the CB on if I am out and about on the longer runs, and sadly also enjoy checking it on those warm summer days to see how the skip is behaving and if I can get any international contacts! :lol:

Have mine on most of the time when we are driving to friends and realtives. Keep it on 19, as we travel on motorways and A roads.

I know the truckers don't use them much any more, but last time we were caught in a traffic jam on the Northbound A34 (last week) truckers in the Southbound lanes were keeping us informed about what was happening, and it was good knowing it wasn't a major crash, just a broken down car blocking one lane.

But normally all i pick up is idle chitter chatter.

I do check the airways out when I'm in Bobbys truck, but mostly on when on the way to a meet.
