Re: Halford Pro Flexi Ratchet SpannersOoo, nice kit...
I see Halford's actually have a few bits n bobs reduced online. Plus, last time I was instore, they had the deal going for a set of their Professional screwdrivers when you bought a 5l bottle of oil. So saying, I now have a nice set of screwdrivers, hehe... MIght have to get some of them ratchet spanners too, I could do with a decent set. Jim Jim...

Re: Halford Pro Flexi Ratchet SpannersI was in a serious tool shop the other day and I saw a set of them that has one large ( 19mm ish ) one and a load of inserts right down to 10mm and I thought.................. why? .............. If it is that small the spanner won't have enough room. I think it is actually a Snap On kit and it was well expensive but Why??????
Even the normal set from Hyper-U ( French supermarket ) don't always fit as farm machinery has bolts in places even a Vauxhall/Opel designer wouldn't put them. Back to long extensions and two universal joints on the 30yr old socket set. Balers Huh!! If you need something done quickly just ask a busy woman then get the f"k out of her way.
