I was looking for some bits and bobs for my fronty when i came across this ad http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... TQ:GB:1123 i thought AYE RIGHT SO iT DOES NAE. Its a badly written advert about a product that i do not believe would work. was bored and curiose on how he was gonna explian how it worked to me it is just a fan spins when air sucked through it . so i emailed the guy asking him for the sake of arguement this .

"Dear turbo_technology,

Can you give a more detailed explanation of how this product works i.e what powers etc as i do not understand. it looks like a fan that turns by air getting sucked through it "

im sure the ad said 65000 rpm or was it 55000 and it was a supercharger not a turbo. for me the use of fancy words a graph that makes no sense and dodgy spelling tells me fake I am no expert on these so it might actually work i can`t see it but i am happy to admit i am wrong . Does anybody have any views on this

id reckon its a gimic not much different from a induction kit (only more air)
drink fuel no noticeable power gain
a quick emptying wallet with these
a good service will get the same effect if not better and 1or 2 extra mpg
tyre's pumped to correct pressure 1or2 mpg

Sorry the only thing I can comment on is with regard to ' bad speller's means fake''.... Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill was an extremely bad speller, and yet he became Prime Minister so its not always the case Often you will see people who can't spell very clever people and people who can spell are not always very bright ....I'm soooooooo pleased that I have spell check on my laptop

Fools gold mate. I would save your money for something else. Perhaps if the car had a turbo or supercharger then the air being forced into the engine may have better atomisation properties but for a naturally aspirated engine its more likely to reduce airflow into the engine.

im dyslexic mostly on numbers summit called dysculia so im not saying cause he can`t spell its fake but if your going to try write a proffessional advert at least check it. I do not see how it could work, if you look on ebay there is the same product with one mod its electric controled by a light up switch (sold sepreatly) that only give`s an extra 3 mile abd make a sound. the feedback he got was not convincing. I was not looking for a super/turbo charger. His reply was a sales pitch not a explanation. The only people who daft enough to buy it is the naive

Think of it another way how can it improve air flow when its using the air flow to drive the fan, it would in reality add a small restriction.

it`s is amazing what you find when your not looking. i gonna make one and use it for my hoover then i can do the shake and vac in seconds i`m sure the wife will not mind a small vortex in the living room. no cheeky comments
