I'm a newbie though I did own a fronty a few years ago. I'm returning to being a proud owner for many reasons. Party because I need the space and partly because I might have a spend a few of the winter months in Ukraine and a Fronty will be very useful for getting around on a permanent foot of snow!
So, times have changed since my last ownership. I'm considering a 2.2TD manual so it's nice an efficient. I'll be returning from Poland to make the purchase and immediately driving the Fronty to Poland and then Ukraine. Of course it would be great to find one that's good enough to run for a year with no trouble but I have a severly restricted budget of about £2k.
Can anybody offer any hints of what specific problems to look out for. I'm thinking of getting the latest possible model, at least 2000 but maybe later. Don't really need all the toys but aircon will be nice
