farm vehicles only???

theres a road near me that has sign say " FARM VEHICLES ONLY " its got the no vehicle bike on top of car sign is that a recomendation or an order or an invitation to a good road to practice offroading :4x4:

Check with the council it could be private land and being caught you could end up with a section 59 and two of them and your car can be crushed :wink:

see i heard the rumour that it used to be a road but they closed it. it is the map as a road. section 59??

If itr been closed its likely due to the NERC act 2006, for section 59 read this

we have no green lanes in scotland and no right of passage so if it says no cars then it probity private land and thats a no no

You will need the land owners permission, like a pay and play site or friendly farmer/land owner.

There's a pay site near Penicuik.

thats it once i get the tyres, the exhaust manifold/downpipe gasket sorted , the new pads on and a mate to watch the beer i all set
