I got tugged once in my green fronty, and the police said about the fact that the tyres stuck out of the arches....
I just pointed out the massive tyre to arch clearance front and rear, and stated boldly that they would never hit the arches as too far away,
They seemed a bit puzzled, like I had missed their point altogether.....but they let me off and went on their way!
That was with 33-12.50-15's on 10j mods with standard lwb arches with the silly little plastic trims....(Guess I was kinda lucky!!)
