What's this pipe? need to know to swap

Just spotted this pipe (centre of pic, the rusted one that doubles back on itself) under the rear left corner, ('99 2.2i). I'm assuming fuel return or similar?
Also presuming that it's not high pressure by the use of spring clips to join.

I want to swap the whole section for new hose, but need to know what it actually is, and if possible, confirmation that it's low pressure, just to get the right hose!

It looks to me to be either the tank breather pipe or ant-spill pipe (in the event that the truck over-turns it makes an air lock), so no, there should be no pressure...but make sure you refit the valve correctly or you will have problems filling the tank.

Thanks, having looked again and looked at the diagram above, presume it is indeed a breather or similar outlet off the above tank evaporation system (pipe 9?).

no its not number 9, I can't export the picture from my copy of EPC3, but your pipe is at the filler pipe end and appears to be part of the filler neck (no part number for the metal pipe indicated)...but it is the tank breather system
