One of my neighbours has a disco and I was wondering if he'd be welcome to come only if he can get time off work ( RAC Patrol with a Nissan Patrol, 1of the few)

one rule of bala, and frontera owners group, is they must be registered on this site, as there is two or three different cars going to bala but they are registered members, if name is not on list then no entry
