Hi would be nice to change the header say to 'EBAY problem!"
We have EBAY "Itus" meaning if anything does not arrive promptly panic sets in.
We have learnt that some messages do not appear to get sent or arrive!
Also some people / companies are slow to reply.
Try explaining to 8yr old where his parcel has got to!
