Do you Have Vauxhall/Opel Tech 2 Software Probs

The only other point to note is you need old coms port for this,it will not wok with USB dongles.

Also Dark what dongle do you use please ?

Can someone please tell me where the Code reader socket is on a SWB S reg 1999 2.2Dti automatic. Also i have seen a code reader advertised on the web, here is the link and are they any good??

i think it in the center consol behind the coin holder

i dont know about the code reader but it looks like the one for the motor you just need a laptop to plug it in to

I bought one for £20 off ebay recently to check a 2001 vectra, I have yet to try it out tho. Will post results when I do.

Plugged it into lappy and it all seems to work from that end but the important bit is to see if it works in the car.

The socket for the tech 2 SWB is under dash, drivers footwell top right, you'll feel it and see it real easy.

I used the software seems ok for the price.

i have Opcom and use it daily, and i'm based in Pontypool if anyone needs their EML, Airbag or ABS lights turning off for free.
