As Rifleman says it depends on the overall condition, and to an extent what you want from it. Any car will be due for this consideration at some point especially at MOT time, but the fronty is generally a tough old bird. The bits you mention, with the probable exception of the sill, may not necessarily be MOT fails.
If the work you quote is all that's needed then i'd be happy(ish) with that and stick with it.
An old Belmont SRi i owned had next to no floor or inner arches left in the boot, and scabby bits all over its red/pinkish paint, but it went like absolute stink, did 40mpg and went through 3 MOTs like that only needing a tyre in that time. But then all it had to do was trundle me 45miles to work and back a day.
Depends what you want from it really but sometimes things aren't as bad as they might look.
