what do i do with my frontera repair or scrap.

i have just stripped the back off the frontera out and found 4 rust holes all large.2 on the rear wheel arches and 2 on the back off the boot.just been qouted £130 for the work to be done.there is also one on either sill has well.

so i am wondering if its worth doing it or do i just scrap it and cut my lost.

You've obviously got to go with the condition of the rest of the car mate.
Is it in good condition other than the areas you have pointed out.
Is it good mechanically and will it pass its next MOT with ease, or not much expenditure.
Stand back and have a good think about it. I'm sure that there will be people on here who stay nearby who could look at it for you and give good advice.

the rest off the body is solid.a little bit off surface rust on front wings and bonnet and afew engine problems but they are nearly sorted now.all axels drive train is mint.

It appears that this is a common question that will crop up owning a fronty. Just have a read through and you'll find an awful lot of people have had a crisis of faith.

Given what you have said I would say stick with it.

As Rifleman says it depends on the overall condition, and to an extent what you want from it. Any car will be due for this consideration at some point especially at MOT time, but the fronty is generally a tough old bird. The bits you mention, with the probable exception of the sill, may not necessarily be MOT fails.
If the work you quote is all that's needed then i'd be happy(ish) with that and stick with it.

An old Belmont SRi i owned had next to no floor or inner arches left in the boot, and scabby bits all over its red/pinkish paint, but it went like absolute stink, did 40mpg and went through 3 MOTs like that only needing a tyre in that time. But then all it had to do was trundle me 45miles to work and back a day.
Depends what you want from it really but sometimes things aren't as bad as they might look.

than xfor yout replys i have decided to stick with it now and get the work done.that way at least the body work will be like new ish.

all i want it for is a run around with the odd a cassion off going off road in it.
