sorry but this was a load of bull sh**, as they only spent money on new buildings, and a new shoping center, oh and a few new lights

culture and liverpool in the same sentence ?

To be honest I thought it would be a load of crud and waste of money, BUT I was proved wrong.
Accidentally being in the City when La Machine was in town and seeing the crowds, we went for a meal and we couldnt get in anywhere, but the Spider was awesome.
The City has been packed with free events all year and it has brought crowd out it also served to get Liverpool back on the world map where she belongs.

I am positive its brought a good feeling across the City and provided plenty of income through the first few months of these hard times.

I for one will be sticking with the tissues rather than my sleeve cuffs :wink:
