Il go one better. Drillbit and taps are from UK Drills on Ebay, Bolt and washer are from www.stagonset.co.uk I got a stainless steel bolt and washer, a bit more expensive at about £1.80, but a regular galvanised bolt and washer could be had in a hardware store for about 20P.
14mm Drill bit Ebay number: 250301673742
1st and 2nd Tap Ebay number: 260294168553
For the taps buy 2 and when you come to checkout tell them you want a 1st and 2nd.
And the 16x2.0 Stainless Steel bolt was from here: M16x2.0x25mm Bolt
And I bought a Stainless Steel washer as well: M16 Form A washer

It is. Fingers crossed it will all fit together and work as advertised 
As mentioned in a previous post, check to see if you have a steel or alloy sump as the steel ones have a bit less material to work with then the alloy ones.

As you can all see from Ste's pics the pressed steel sump just has a metal collar welded to the sump and it doesnt have much material to work with.
