I got a spam mail from them but had a look at their products, they do quite a bit and am going to enquire about a few things as there are no prices on the website

I think you have been targeted for that spam, some programs can follow your web browsing a bit like phorme ( though the legality of Phorm is being challenged through the courts over privacy rights ) and they can target you.
I would be wary contacting them.
