... Had a day of it today..

Couldn't seem to actually get anything to work.
Fixed the Rear brakes Binding.. now the Front brakes are binding... AGAIN!

Well on the bright side, I did get my new Air filter/box thingy...(pics attached) It's a Cone affair in a Carbon Fibre case. Got it after the VX one I brought got a hole in it.... Took the Turbo off and found grit, and crud, so the filter had failed, and later on I found the hole... oddly though this is the second one this has happened too...
Now thought brakes are binding AGAIN! gggrrrrr, I'd love just 1 days motoring where nothing brakes, needs replacing, needs fixing, needs tightening, needs loosening... oh well hope it stays nice tomorrow, I'll give it another go..

It's a Halfords "RipSpeed" (I know they are for Nova and Escorts, and general Boy Racers) Airfilter.. it costs £49.99
It's Universal, and I suppose thats True as it went straight onto a 2.2DTi B Series no Problem.
Low end Pickup is 100% Better... Not much to report anywhere else in the rev range though.
However it is cleanable, and is sealed in, so should stand up to Wading etc. I took it apart and sealed it with PTFE Tape around the joins in the casing.
