Might be wrong but it looks like Hartington Quarry between Ashbourne and Buxton. Bxton and district landrovers own the site if it is and they do a public p&p on two bank hliday weekends a year.It's a good site but it eats landrovers and spits them out .I know one lad off another site who went Aug bank holiday and blew 2diffs in 3hrs.
It might be slow but i can go anywhere!

Ayup you are right its hartington and right about it beeing a nasty place 
its rough and as you can see you can drive the whole site in about 30 min's if you got the bottle its a place i will neaver go again
