Looking for a Basset

As the title says, Me and Gail are on the lookout for another dog. We want a Basset hound pup and were wondering if any of you lot know of a reputable breeder. Spoke to one guy today in scotland who said just send me the money for the pup and £280 delivery and it will be at your door on Monday, I reported him immediately. This guy either does not have any dogs at all and is just a conman or he is a puppy farm and should be shot.
