BL**DY WARNING LIGHTS

So, fixed the airbag warning light using the advice taken from this forum.

Now the Engine management light has come on to take it's place.

I'm starting to get a bit concerned about this car now. :evil:

Do not dispair,first things first,find your radio code then disconnect the battery for 15 min`s to clear the resident fault codes.
While waiting you can usefully pass your time by inspecting the vacuam pipe ends for splitting,this is one of the common reasons for EML,nip the end of each pipe in turn,it should NOT look like ..........................

If any do they should be trimmed back to good material with a sharp knife/scalpel,NOT scissors.

The exhaust is blowing a bit at the manifold. Could that be causing it?

Not one that I have heard of,but would think fairly unlikely.If you have been in that area check the vacuam pipe on the turbo,if that has cracking & has been disturbed quite possibly the cause of EML.
