hi all , went out in the snow this morning , had a great time , when i got back home in the passenger footwell was a peice of heater hose (the plastic ones that fit behind the dash , ) i got down to have a look and i can't see where its come from ,has anyone got a diagram of where the pipes go , by the way the last month or so the heating as been hopeless i travelled about 60 miles last weekend and the heater was only blowing just off cold , would that be down to the pipe being loose , thanks

more likely down to the heater matrix needing flushing through
