Fronty not starting again?

Well I jumped into the Fronty this morning and guess what " none starter , It has the same symptoms as before when the fuel injection pump failed.
The local 4X4 garage has just picked it up so I will keep you informed.
Last time it cost me £1400

Ow! Just had the same problem on our 2.2dti, that has had a new pump too, though this time all it seemed to be was the leak off pipes. Though now the 4x4 light is flashing! Fat fingers has obviously pulled a hose off somewhere! Hope yours is something simple.

It turns out it is the imobiliser ( kaput ) so they have added a few wires and bypassed it, they say it would of given me grieff.
I'm well happy it was not the pump

Nice one Bill, might be worth geting an after market immobiliser to keep the insurance happy
