Ok peops sorry to keep you all waiting and guessing on this one.
So here goes........
Muddyplukka has kindly found this execellent venue for us to play it's about 2 miles from Grantham.
The site itself is 15 Acres believe me it feels like it when you walk around it.....
Cost is £60 for the day including the camp site, + £5 per car which I think is a pretty good price.
See my link below for all 47 pics I took oh and 1 short vid
http://s109.photobucket.com/albums/n42/ ... nd%20play/
I think this is an excellent site for all abilities.
we have 2 options on days:
1. 1 day event on Sunday 20th may, as a karting club have the camp site so we would have to be of the field for 9am Sunday morning lol
2. make a weekend out of it we were looking 2nd-3rd June.
Muddyplukka is mainly organising this I am just helping him so if you want to come please PM either him or myself and let us know what you think, the farmer would like some numbers and a definate date asap as he has allot of clubs use the land.
The only thing he needs to see is your Insurance before we can go on the site. Not sure if he means public liability Muddyplukka is looking into this.
Any other questions please feel free to contact Muddyplukka or myself and we will do our best to answer them, Muddyplukka is best as he has driven round the site with the landrover club.

a ha
So, they want £60 for the use of the venue and each vehicle pays £5
So, if 6 vehicles went, it would work out at £15 per vehicle (60/6 + 5)
That don't sound too bad now

depending how many people go i think it will work out a very cheap day, i dont mind paying ( ive payed upto £35 before now for a pay play day)
so i think it will be excellent value for the size of the site.... You can count on me attending this one for definate. Put my name on the list

anything you need to no about insurance for your vehicle should be checked with your insurance
the insurance im looking into is for us to cover landowner and his land if we damage a fence or a tree ect the price of which will have to be split between all attending the more there are the cheeper it is but as yet i havent sorted this so i can give no indication of price
chris
if anyone can give me and details on this please pm me asap

Bravo Chris.
It would be prudent to get confirmation of what cover the landowner requires (property, livestock, people) and ensure that is covered on the policy.
£100ish does not sound bat at all when split between the people attending.
Good work.
