First off road experience
I was looking at the Dalby forest 4x4 adventures and am thinking of taking a little mud bath with my 6 year old and our Fronty Rex.
Does a standard fronty with road tyres and no lift cope well here on all the courses (with obvious exception of the X-treme course) or should i go elsewhere for my first go. Can i also confirm that a fronty is an proper 4x4 not a soft roader, and how are they seen within the 4x4 world, capable or very capable. Yes i have seen your videos but i have also seen enhanced fronties so do i need to fiddle with Rex     or is it ok to leave him standard.

To answer your question is a fronty a soft roader I draw your attention the the off road video section. Check out my vids of the Aston cantlow meet and you will see frontys there doing everything the land rovers et. al. were doing. Mine was the red est with the fog logo'ed wheel cover and was on road tyres and completely standard. I have no prior knowledge of the site you mentioned but the fronty wont dissapoint you I am sure, Just remember if you don't get stuck you aint trying hard enough

so it was down on ground clearance so all things considered your old car did great

Mine probably cost something like the above but then I attacked some nice lookin off road turf got hooked an now ( I am loooovin it)
